Support
Need help? Contact support@erkan-ayan.de. Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords or confidential photos.
Your projects
Projects are stored locally. Back up important originals and projects before deleting the app or switching devices. Deleting a project does not delete exported copies or device backups.
RAW and automatic masks
RAW support depends on the camera format and the iOS decoder. Import the original file through Files. Automatic masks can be refined using the brush and eraser; zoom in for precise adjustments.
Purchases
Apple handles App Store purchases and refund requests through Report a Problem.
